Placing an order

After you complete your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. The confirmation includes information about the products, prices, and your billing and shipping address. If anything in your order confirmation is incorrect, please contact us right away at kontakt@nord-borg.com.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships by emailing us. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and our Returns & Refunds Policy and 90-day money-back guarantee apply instead. Read more on our Order Cancellations page.

We reserve the right to decline an order if the product is out of stock at our supplier or for other business reasons. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free across the United States. Orders ship within 24 hours, and orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day. Our estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days from shipment. Delays may occasionally occur due to high volume at our shipping carriers. Read more in our Shipping Policy.

Taxes, duties and import responsibility

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Some products ship directly from our suppliers' international warehouses. In those cases, import duties, customs fees or other charges may apply on entry into the United States, and you may be considered the importer of record responsible for them, to the extent permitted by law.

We recommend reviewing the current rules from U.S. Customs and Border Protection before placing your order.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices, for example due to changes in purchasing costs, currency fluctuations or pricing errors.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Returns and money-back guarantee

Defective products and complaints

We inspect all products before shipping. If a product nevertheless arrives damaged, is defective or is the wrong item, we will correct the problem free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To file a complaint, contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@nord-borg.com and include your name, shipping address, email address, order number and a description of the problem.

Products may only be returned after approval from us. For an approved complaint, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages caused by the product. We are also not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government actions or supplier delivery failures. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Product use and safety

Each of our products comes with instructions for use, which are also described on the product page. It is your responsibility to read them before installing and using the product, and to use the product only as intended.

Product information

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and to adjust for products that are out of stock. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We always strive to present our products as accurately as possible.

Personal information

When you shop at Nordborg, your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We only collect the information we need to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not picked up within the stated time and is returned to us, we will refund the order amount minus the actual and reasonable costs of return shipping and handling, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have a concern, please contact us first at kontakt@nord-borg.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
